• Agreement to Terms: By accessing or using the "RoomPlot" mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
• License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.
• Ownership: The App and its materials, including but not limited to visual interfaces, graphics, design, data, computer code (including source code and object code), products, software, services, and all other elements of the App ("Materials") are owned by the App provider or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution of the Materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
• User Data and Privacy: RoomPlot is designed with user privacy in mind. Please refer to our Privacy Policy section below for details on data handling. We strive to minimize data collection and be transparent about usage.
• Disclaimer: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, measurements and representations within the App may not be perfectly precise. Use the App as a planning tool and verify critical dimensions or details independently. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or decisions made based on the use of the App.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws and jurisdiction of the country/region where the App provider operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved in this jurisdiction.
• Subscription Services: RoomPlot provides an array of subscription options, including weekly, monthly, and yearly plans, which are processed through Apple's StoreKit service. 1 week ($3.99), 1 month ($9.99), year ($49.99) durations. Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase. Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: We do not collect, use, or share any personal data of users. No human will ever see your floor plan.
• On-Device Processing: Core functionalities like room scanning and plan editing primarily occur locally on your device to enhance privacy.
