How it works
Fullness ratios: eyelet ~1.5x, pencil pleat ~2x, pinch pleat ~2.5x the track width. Widths needed = ceiling(track x fullness / fabric width); each drop cuts at finished drop + 25 cm for hems. Patterned fabric adds one repeat per drop.
Frequently asked questions
How much fabric for pencil pleat curtains?
A 2 m track at 2x fullness in 137 cm fabric needs 3 widths. With a 2.2 m drop, each cuts at 2.45 m - order about 7.4 m.
What is curtain fullness?
The gathered fabric relative to the track: 2x means the flat fabric is twice the track width. Skimp on fullness and curtains hang flat and mean.
