Frequently asked questions
Why compare price per square metre?
Asking prices hide size differences. Two flats at 350,000 look identical until one is 48 m2 (7,292/m2) and the other 62 m2 (5,645/m2).
What floor area should I use?
Use gross internal area (GIA) measured to the inner wall faces - the RICS convention most agents quote. RoomPlot calculates GIA automatically when you scan a property.
